Originally designed in Regular, based on a drawing of the Froyenne character by Etienne Deprez Librati, the Morages was modified and declined in seven weights, then in Italic for more reading levels. Proportions and some peculiarities have been preserved, such as breaks in some glyphs. Its design has been thought to facilitate reading on screen as on paper, while keeping its own identity. The Morages is the anagram of Orgasm in french.
